We rely entirely on the prescription and information supplied by the customer and shall not be responsible for errors, omissions, or inaccurate information provided by the customer.

We agree to supply contact lenses only in accordance with the details provided by the customer in the order submission and prescription information.

As of July, 2004, under the “Fairness to Contact Lens Consumers Act” you have a right to receive your contact lenses prescription from prescribers. Your eye care practitioner is required to give you a copy of your contact lens prescription when you have your eyes examined – even if you don't ask for it!

Limitation of Medical Responsibility

No responsibility can be accepted by us if a customer:

• Continues to wear contact lenses after being advised by a medical or eye care practitioner to discontinue use;
• Fails to seek appropriate medical advice regarding eye discomfort, irritation, infection, or other symptoms;
• Suffers from any eye-related condition or complication arising from improper use, handling, storage, or care of contact lenses.

We shall not be responsible for determining a customer's suitability to wear contact lenses.

Product Information & Manufacturer Liability

We do not manufacture the products sold on this website and therefore does not provide warranties beyond those offered by the original manufacturer.

We shall not be liable for any defective products, manufacturing defects, recalls, adverse reactions, or damages caused by products manufactured by third parties.

Customers should carefully read all packaging, instructions, warnings, and product information provided by the manufacturer before use.

Pricing, Product Availability & Shipping
