The customer's contact lens prescription must have been issued within the 12 months prior to placing an order with SaveOnLens
SaveOnLens agrees to supply you with contact lenses only in accordance with the details contained in the Order Form and your latest contact lens specification supplied by you to SaveOnLens in pursuant to this agreement.
No responsibility can be accepted by SaveOnLens should a customer not informing SaveOnLens that the customer has been advised to stop wearing contact lenses by an eye care or medical practitioner and has, within the last 12 months, suffered from any eye related condition requiring treatment.
No responsibility can be accepted by SaveOnLens for a customer's lack of suitability to wear contact lenses as detailed in the specification provided by the customer, or for the customer overall suitability to wear contact lenses.

We can only sell you contact lenses that have been prescribed by your eye care practitioner within the last year, and with which you are wearing successfully.
