Your credit card information is always stored in encrypted form in a restricted-access database that is away from our Web site database so it is not connected to the Internet, to keep it safe from hackers. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or electronic storage is 100% secure. Verifying Rx

As of July, 2004, under the “Fairness to Contact Lens Consumers Act” you have a right to receive your contact lenses prescription from prescribers. Your eye care practitioner is required to give you a copy of your contact lens prescription when you have your eyes examined – even if you don’t ask for it!

According to the Act, SaveOnLens will now need to have your contact lenses prescription on file. We will make it easy for you! That’s why we’ve developed 3 ways for you to provide us with the information we need that will enable us to send your contact lenses.

Express: Our fastest method for getting your lenses shipped to you! Select this option if you have a copy of your prescription that you can fax to us at our toll free fax numbers (1-604-304-1840). Our verification team will check to make sure that everything is in order, and will mark your order as verified. The faster you send us your contacts prescription, the faster we can process and ship your order.

Fast Find: We wanted to make it easy for you to give us your eye doctor’s information, so we developed the “Fast Find” tool. It is a quick and easy way to locate your eye doctor. You enter the city and state where your eye doctor is located, and the tool gives you a list of the eye care practitioners that we have on file. You then select your particular eye care practitioner from the list. We will confirm your prescription on your behalf and ship your order.

Fast Submit: If you have your eye doctor’s name, phone number and fax number and can’t locate your doctor using the Fast Find tool, you can enter eye doctor’s information in the Fast Submit area, and we will confirm your prescription on your behalf and ship your order.

30 Day Return Policy

SaveOnLens wants you to shop with confidence. To ensure you are 100% satisfied, all unopened products are backed by our no hassle 30 day return or exchange policy. Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase provided they are unopened, undamaged, unmarked and in original condition. Such returns will receive credit in full, excluding any shipping and handling charges. We cannot accept opened boxes and vials, as we are unable to return these to the manufacturer. A minimum $10.00/product(box) restocking fee will apply to most returns.

Please note Made to Order Lenses, Special Effects lenses and Single Lenses are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Defective Products

If you believe that a lens or lenses are defective, please do not throw away any of the lenses. They may have to be returned to the manufacturer for analysis. Opened lenses can be returned only if you have a valid prescription for the lenses, with which you have been wearing without problems, and you feel that the lens is defective in some way. Please have a copy of your prescription together with the questioned lens and original packaging return to us. Misused or mishandled lens will not be replaced or returned.

We are unable to give refunds for defective lenses in opened boxes. However, a replacement lens will be issued at no cost and shipped free with the next order, provided that the lens manufacturer agrees the lens is defective. Please note that defective lenses may only be exchanged for the exact same lens and prescription.

Please ensure that you only order replacement contact lenses that are prescribed by your optometrist. For your protection, items should be returned via traceable mail.

Returns Procedure

Before returning items, please email return@saveonlens.com. Please include your name, order number, and the reason for the return in the email. Our customer support department will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return procedure. This RMA number should be written prominently in the address portion of your return package. Also copy of your invoice must be included with the Return Merchandise Form.

Note: Please package your return carefully to ensure your lenses are not damaged in shipment - we cannot issue credit for items damaged during transit to our office. For your protection, items should be returned using traceable mail. We are unable to issue credit for packages lost during transit to our office.

Cancellations

SaveOnLens is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service to all our customers. If you have any questions regarding your purchase, we will do everything we can to address your concerns. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible. As a majority of in-stock items ship within 24 business hours, it is imperative that you contact us so we may attempt to cancel your order before it is processed and/or shipped. If an order can be cancelled, there will be a minimum $10.00/box cancellation fee.

What if my order has already been shipped?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed/shipped out. However, items may still be returned within 30 days according to the terms of our Return Policy. Please note that customers are responsible for all charges associated with the shipping and return-shipping of goods back to SaveOnLens. We process all returns within 10 business days of the receipt of the returned merchandise. Credit card companies vary in the time required to post credits back to a customer's account. Please consult your credit card company for additional information regarding credit policies. For PayPal orders, refunds will need to be withdrawn from your PayPal account to reflect on your credit card statement.

• If SaveOnLens is not satisfied with a customer's health condition of any kind, or considers that the replacement contact lenses requested are not clinically suitable according to customer's specification, the company reserves the right not to supply. 
• Any questions will be responded within 4 business days. 
• Customers under legal age must have parental permission before sending any personal information over the Internet, such as: name, address, phone number, e-mail address, or credit card information to us or to anyone else. Never buy anything through the Internet without permission from parents.
