If your contact lens prescription falls into the most common parameters, we are able to process your order the day we receive it and ship it either that day or the next business day. Orders placed after 3:00pm EST will be processed the following business day. Orders received late Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday.

Please keep in mind that if you order a less common prescription it may take slightly longer to process. These include toric lenses and bifocal lenses. These lenses usually have to be special-ordered and can take an additional 3 to 7 business days to process.

UNITED STATES

Express Shipping is normally available for physical address only. Please call 1-888-208-7013 for inquires on PO Box Express shipping.

Priority Mail shipping delivers parcels in an average of 2-4 business days after the order is shipped out.

First Class shipping method delivers parcels in an average of 3-5 business days after the order is shipped out.

PO BOX and United States Armed Forces APO/FPO are available using First Class Mail. For APO/FPO please allow 5-7 days for delivery. Shipping and Handling charges to APO and FPO addresses are the same as US domestic rates shown above

CANADA

Canadian orders are sent directly from Canada so there are no custom fees for you.

Express/Overnight Shipping by Purolator is not available to Canadian PO box at this time. For Express Shipping, if we are provided with an address that is not covered by Purolator, we will ship via Expedited Canada Post which comes with order tracking. Please allow 2-5 days for delivery with Expedited Canada Post. Express mail to rural areas that are outside most major urban centers can take an additional 1-2 business days to arrive and may be subject to an additional shipping fee.

Regular Canada Post delivers parcels in an average of 3-5 business days after the order is shipped out. Please note that Canada Post does not guarantee delivery times.

ALL OTHER COUNTRIES

We ship worldwide every day. Delivery times are usually 5-10 days from dispatch. Please check with the customs department in your country for customs fees or duties. If shipping cost more, we will notify you by e-mail. International orders will only be shipped to the billing address. As such, please email us the phone number of the issuing Bank for all credit card orders.

Please note that International shipping time frames do not include any unforeseen custom delays. As such, Save On Lens is not responsible for orders after leaving the United States or any delays or customs fees.
